Refund Policy

Before you have paid an advance

Nothing has been charged and nothing has been bought. Cancel by phone or by message and that is the end of it.

After the advance, before we collect

If you cancel before our team has gone out to the growers, tell us immediately and we will refund the advance in full. Whether we have gone out is a question of hours, not days, so call rather than message.

After we have collected

The advance is not refundable. Your coconuts have been cut and paid for by then, and they are not something that can be put back on a tree or sold twice.

This is the rule the whole site is priced around: it is why the advance is a share of the delivery run rather than a share of the goods, and why it is small compared with the order.

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver — the harvest fell short, the pickup broke down, the road was shut — you get the whole advance back, in full, without being asked twice.

If we can only part-fill your order, you decide: take what there is and pay for that, or take none of it and have the advance back.

If the load is short or the grade is wrong

Raise it while the pickup is still with you. We will either make up the shortfall on the next run or take it off the balance you are about to pay — your choice.

Coconuts that are genuinely unfit are not charged for. We would rather lose the piece than the customer.

What is not refunded

• The advance, once collection has happened.
• The delivery charge, where we arrived and nobody was there to receive the load.
• Ordinary variation in size or shell within a grade. Coconuts are not manufactured.

How a refund reaches you

It goes back the way it came — to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket number the advance was sent from — usually within three working days, and always within seven.

We do not deduct the mobile money charge from your refund; we absorb it.

If you would rather have the amount held against your next order, we can do that instead. It is your choice, never ours.

If you disagree

Call the number at the foot of this page and ask for the manager. Have your order number ready. We would far rather settle it on the phone than lose a wholesale customer over one load.
