What it costs, and what we need
- ৳130 a piece Mixed sizes, one rate. No grading, no sorting charge.
- 300–1,000 pieces an order A cutting team is a day of work, so there is a floor and a ceiling.
- 3 days of notice Less than that and we cannot cut, chill and carry it properly.
- 20% to hold the date The rest on delivery. We confirm everything by phone or WhatsApp first.

How a booking works

Ask at least 3 days ahead
Send the date, the district and roughly how many guests. We hold the slot while we talk.

We confirm on the phone
Rate, cut, delivery window and where the lorry can stand. Nothing is charged before this.

20% holds the date
Paid by bKash, Nagad or bank. It comes off the total; it is not an extra.

Cut on the morning, delivered chilled
The balance is paid to the driver when the order is handed over.
Questions we are asked
How far ahead do I have to book?
At least 3 days before the event. The coconuts are cut on the morning of delivery, and the cutting team is booked a day at a time, so a shorter notice is a promise we cannot keep.
How much do I pay up front?
20% of the order holds the date. It is paid by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, it comes off the total, and the rest is paid to the driver on the day.
Is there a minimum?
Yes — 300 pieces, and we cap an event order at 1,000. Below the floor a cutting run costs more than it earns; above the ceiling it is two days of work and we would rather quote it properly.
Can I choose the size?
Event orders go out as mixed sizes at one flat rate. Cutting sorts for the look of the piece rather than its weight, and a mixed crate is what makes the rate what it is.
