Once you book, we send our team to collect your coconuts from local growers. Those costs can't be reversed, so the advance covers them if an order is cancelled.
Each order must be between 100 and 1,500 pieces. Smaller orders go by courier; larger ones on a pickup we hire for the run.
Every coconut comes in big, mid and small. You choose the size when you order, and we confirm the rate for that size on the call.
We collect them from growers in local areas. Tender coconuts are collected only after you book, so they're never old stock.
Removing the husk is extra work. Husked adult coconut and husked jhunu narkel cost ৳5 more per piece than the same coconut with the husk on.

After booking you get access to your dashboard. It shows your order status, where the load is on the road, and when it should reach you.
Adult coconut is mature, with softer flesh and some water. Jhunu is fully ripe and dry, with firm, oily flesh that's best for oil, grating and sweets.
